Cancellation and Returns

At Geeaddnow Perfume, we strive to ensure that every order meets our customers’ expectations. This policy explains how order cancellations, returns, and exchanges are handled.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched for delivery.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and purchase details.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

2. Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we can only accept returns under specific conditions.

You may be eligible for a return if:

  • The product was damaged during delivery
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The item arrived defective

To qualify for a return:

  • The request must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order
  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used perfumes
  • Fragrances purchased and later disliked due to scent preference
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse

4. Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief explanation of the issue

Our team will review the request and provide the appropriate resolution.

5. Refunds and Exchanges

If your return request is approved, we may offer one of the following:

  • Replacement of the product, or
  • Store credit, or
  • Refund, depending on the situation

Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable processing time.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to an error on our part (such as damaged or incorrect products), Geeaddnow Perfume will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return does not fall under eligible return conditions, the customer may be responsible for any shipping costs.
